Super easy chilled strawberry soup

You will need:

  1. Cleaned strabwerries: 14 ounces
  2. Amaretto liqueur: 2 tbsp.
  3. Sugar: 1 tbsp.
  4. Strawberries
  5. Mint leaves


  1. Blend all the ingredients together so that they are smooth.
  2. Transfer to the refrigerator so that it chills. 2 hours should suffice.
  3. Garnish with mint leaves and/or strawberries.

Yep, this is definitely a chill pill!

French Fries With Indian Spice Twist

Indian flavors are vibrant, aren’t they? We all love them. Why not give our French fries an Indian spin then? A few Indian spices brought together to create the best spice mix ever will leave you begging for more. Try it!

You will need:

  1. Turmeric: ¼ tsp.
  2. Coriander seeds: ¼ tsp.
  3. Ground cumin: ¼ tsp.
  4. Salt: 1/8 tsp.
  5. Paprika: ¼ tsp.
  6. Olive oil: 1 tsp.
  7. Russet potatoes: 3 (large)


  1. Ready the oven by preheating it to 400 degrees F.
  2. Take a small bowl to combine paprika, coriander, cumin, turmeric, and salt.
  3. Cut the potatoes into slices and coat them with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle your spice mix over them.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!

Quick Ravioli Casserole Meal

Moments when you are running short of time and have to cook are very stressful.

You want to put together a good meal but you can’t because you don’t have time. However, you can’t just ignore it or make something unhealthy. What do you do? You follow our instructions to make delicious ravioli casserole in 30 minutes!

You will need:

  1. Tomato pasta sauce: 24 ounces
  2. Frozen ravioli: 16 ounces
  3. Mozzarella cheese: ½ cup (fresh and grated)


  1. Boil the ravioli. You will see boiling instructions on the package. Keep it aside.
  2. Ready the oven by preheating it to 350 degrees F.
  3. Now take a casserole dish and add half a cup of the pasta sauce. Spread it with a spoon.
  4. Now add ravioli and more pasta sauce in layers.
  5. Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake. Do not cover.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until you see the top turn golden brown in color.

When it is hot, cooking in a hot environment can be taxing, which is why looking at recipes that don’t need the use of the stove and oven is preferable. There are quite a few recipes that you can choose from, especially for fish. Here is one just for you:

No Cook Smoked Salmon Salad Recipe

You will need:

  1. Smoked salmon: 8 ounces (flaked)
  2. Elbow macaroni: 3 cups (cooked)
  3. Red pepper: 1 small (slice it)
  4. Cherry tomatoes: 2/3 cup (sliced)
  5. Chopped cilantro: 1 bunch


  1. Grated horseradish: 5 tbsp.
  2. Egg yolk: 1
  3. Mustard: 1 tsp.
  4. White wine vinegar: 1 tbsp.
  5. Grapeseed oil: ¾ cup
  6. Salt


  1. First, make the mayonnaise. Add the egg yolk to the processor and pulse on low. Then add mustard and vinegar and pulse again until the yolk becomes frothy. Add the oil now, one drop at a time so that it thickens.
  2. Take another bowl and add cilantro to macaroni and pepper. Stir them together and then add the salmon. Add the mayo now and combine.

Stuffed Taco Shells Recipe

Stuffed taco shells can be delicious!

You don’t always have to make them Italian. You can also give them a Mexican twist with Mexican cheese.

Stuffed Taco Shells Recipe


Here is an amazing recipe of taco stuffed shells that you will love:

You will need:

  1. Ground beef: 1 pound
  2. Taco seasoning: 1 packet
  3. Cream cheese: 4 ounces
  4. Large pasta shells: 16
  5. Medium spiced salsa: 1 cup
  6. Shredded Mexican cheese: 1 cup


  1. Brown the ground beef. Drain it. Add it to the taco seasoning. Check the directions on the seasoning packet and prepare the meat.
  2. After the meat is cooked, add the cream cheese. Stir so that it combines and then keep it aside.
  3. Take a large pot with water and boil it on the stove. When it starts boiling, add 1 tbsp. of kosher salt and then add the large pasta shells. Cook properly.
  4. Now drain the shells and lay them out so that they cool down. Fill the shells after they cool down with the mixture you previously prepared. Add 1 tbsp. in each shell and if there is more, divide it evenly.
  5. Ready the oven by preheating it to 350 degrees F.
  6. Add ½ of the salsa on to the bottom of a pan and place the shells on top of it. Pour the remaining salsa on top of the shells.
  7. Cover and let the shells bake for half an hour.
  8. Take the foil off and sprinkle with cheese. Now bake for 15 more minutes for the cheese to melt and bubble.

Pineapple Cocktail

You will need:

  1. Fresh diced pineapple: 2 cups
  2. Vanilla infused vodka: 1 1/3 ounces
  3. Triple sec: 2/3 ounce
  4. Ice: 1 ½ cup
  5. Pineapple wedges


  1. Blend all the ingredients except the pineapple wedges in a blender. Blend them until they are smooth.
  2. Pour the cocktail into glasses and use the pineapple wedges for garnish.

1. Drained Mexican corn: 2 cans

2. Drained and chopped chilies: 2 cans

3. Monterey Jack cheese: ½ cup, grated

2. Take a large bowl and mix together corn, cheeses, salsa, salt, pepper, and chilies.

3. Once mixed, transfer to the baking dish.

4. Bake it for half an hour. The top should be bubbly and golden.

5. Once baked, let it cool and then add the tomatoes, cilantro, green onions, and red onions.

6. Serve with tortilla chips.

You will need:

1. Ground beef: 2 lbs.

2. Eggs: 2

3. Breadcrumbs or crackers: 2/3 cup

4. Thousand island dressing: 1 cup

5. Chopped onions: ½ cup

6. Chopped pickles: ¼ cup

7. Salt and pepper

8. Shredded cheese: 1 cup.


Mix all the ingredients except cheese together. Take half of this mix and flatten it on a wax paper sheet. Sprinkle some of the cheese on top. From one end to the other, carefully roll it.

Do the same with the remaining half of the mix. Now bake it in the oven for forty-five minutes and 350.

Mushroom Gravy for Thanksgiving

Why not try something different this Thanksgiving and make mushroom gravy and pour it over turkey. Here is the recipe, easy to make and scrumptious!

You will need:

1. Unsalted butter: 4 tbsp.

2. Sliced mushrooms: 1 cup

3. Minced onion: ¼ cup

4. Whole wheat flour: 1 tbsp.

5. Curry powder: ½ tsp.

6. Black pepper: ¼ tsp.


1. Sauté the onions and the mushrooms in the butter until they soften. Add the flour and stir it in. Cook for a couple of minutes while stirring.

2. Add the chicken stock or the turkey drippings at once. Keep stirring so that the sauce is smooth and thickens slightly. Add pepper, and curry powder according to your taste.

3. Pour it over the mashed potatoes and turkey.

Brussels Sprouts Souffle

Don’t like Brussels sprouts, do you? I don’t either. But here is a recipe that you will simply love!

You will need:

1. Brussels sprouts: 10 ounces [blanched and diced]

2. Butter: 3 tbsp.

3. Flour: ¼ cup

4. Salt: ½ tsp.

5. Ground pepper: 1/8 tsp.

6. Milk: 1 cup

7. Grated onion: 1 tsp.

8. Separated eggs: 4

9. Goat cheese: 1 cup [crumbled]


1. Preheat your oven to 300 degrees F. Take a large pot and combine in it, flour, butter, pepper, and salt.

2. Now mix the grated onion. Stir so that it thickens.

3. Whisk the egg yolks and mix them into the above mixture. Add the cheese and cook this for about a
minute. Keep stirring.

4. Add the sprouts and mix. Remove from heat now.

5. Beat the egg whites well enough for peaks to form. Now add them to the mixture.

6. Pour this mixture into a soufflé dish and bake for 60-90 minutes, without disturbing it.

7. Serve!
